I was in a bind with service from my dealership where I was advised to wait for over two weeks and was referred to Banana Coast batteries by a friend. Amazing friendly, helpful service. We bought a solar panel and 2 lithium batteries. What ever we asked them to do, it was done. The guys work as a team, answer all your questions. The installation of the batteries was done quickly, with one guy crawling into a tight space in our canopy to do the wiring. We haven’t experienced service like this for a long time. Thank you .

These guys are awesome, we were traveling from Sydney to QLD, our battery went flat at 3am on the M1 we got it jump started and didn’t stop until we reached Coffs Harbor and stopped here, they are extremely friendly and quick they had our battery replaced and us back on the road within half and hour. These guys tell you directly and honesty whether there is an issue or not. I tested my starter motor solenoid and told me it was working fine and they also gave me some additional information to assist me in getting the starter motor working properly. They refused the cash I offered them for this valuable information. I’ll go to these guys for batteries and auto Electrical in future.

These guys are fantastic. We have a bus, we hire out, that had troubles whilst out on hire in Coffs Harbour. Called these guys, prompt, efficient, and very friendly. Sent out one of there mobile guys ASAP. He was unable to address our issue as it was "something else" so they called another serviceman (different industry) out to fix the problem. So grateful they would "think ahead" to address our issue and keep our renters happy and completely undisturbed on their holiday. ABSOLUTELY MAGIC! Problem sorted out quick, very very happy.
