I want to take the time to recognise the excellent service I received from the Team lead by Mitch and Tim for the replacement of my Redarc Camper inverter. They tested it confirmed it was faulty, had a new unit delivered under warranty and installed. I was on holidays from Yarrawonga and leaving on the weekend. Service, support and help, the best ever. I strongly recommend the car air conditioning service provided by this company. I have used them twice. My car is not new (16 years) but following each service (3 years) the system is like new. Moreover, I believe I could have gotten another year, but I didn't want to risk the hot summer.

These guys are amazing. Really know their stuff and incredible customer service. We are travelling from WA in a motorhome. Had issues with our lithium batteries not charging up as they should. Were able to fit us in same day and Mitch fixed our problem and had us back on the road. Pricing was also very reasonable. Can’t recommend more highly.

Passing through Coffs Harbour this weekend and the lockbox on my Hilux could not be opened which meant I couldn’t access my fridge. Locksmith couldn’t do t it either asthe lock is controlled by car central locking. I was recommended Banana Coast Batteries and Auto Electrical by a local and called up on Friday. Was told Tim already had 3 jobs booked for Saturday morning but if I bought the car in first thing he could take a look. He looked at it straight away and was able to diagnose it quickly even tho it was an aftermarket electrical system. Price was so good too. So grateful. Exceptional service!!!

Trying a to find a cigarette lighter fuse in a 1996 Celica is very cramped and awkward operation, but Brad went under the dash like a circus contortionist for a good ten minutes but could find no dud fuses. And he would'nt accept money for his time and effort. What a legend. This kind gesture made my day. Thanks Bananacoast Batteries

We were travelling in our new van and woke up one morning to find our batteries completely flat. We rang Banana Batteries at Coffs Harbour and they guided us through the process of firing the batteries up so that we could drive to their premises. When we arrived late in the afternoon, Mitch welcomed us and took control straight away. Turns out our system had been incorrectly programmed by the caravan agent. Mitch changed the settings, showed us how to correctly use the system, even offered us a free overnight camp at the premises. Can’t thank him enough! We are now confidently back on the road. We were travelling thru Coffs from the Sunshine Coast and had an issue with our electronic braking system for our caravan. I called ahead and spoke to Bruce and gave him our ETA, and discussed our problem. Upon arrival Bruce got Tim to come out and have a look. Tim sorted our boost problem and advised of what probably happened when we had the new tyres fitted. Amazing friendly, helpful service. We bought a solar panel and 2 lithium batteries. What ever we asked them to do, it was done. The guys work as a team, answer all your questions. The installation of the batteries was done quickly, with one guy crawling into a tight space in our canopy to do the wiring. We haven’t experienced service like this for a long time. Thank you .
